| These terms of use shall apply to all content within this site, except when specific terms are displayed by the artist within their respective page. Purchases All purchases are final and it is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure they fully understand the terms of use before purchasing. All artists have contact information posted specifically to allow visitors to communicate with them regarding any modifications to the audio, and to ensure all terms are understood. All prices are in Canadian Dollars and all artists agree to sell their material at the posted amount, without any additional fees or taxes. Tracks may be purchased by unique arrangements made by both parties. When purchasing a track, please inform the artist of delivery details. Finished tracks will be provided in high quality wave files, unless agreed to otherwise. Rights Exclusive Rights give the purchaser full ownership over the audio, bearing any and all credit be made to the original artist when sold or distributed. The Seller (original artist) agrees not to sell or distribute the material, and will pull the posting from their page. The track can only be generically modified in it's length, volume and/or arrangement, but cannot be musically distorted nor separated and used for additional material. Non-Exclusive Rights give the purchaser permission to use the track as specified above in the Exclusive Rights. However, the Seller retains the right to continue to sell or distribute the material as they please, and may keep the track posted on their page. Liability This website and it's creator bear no responsibility to the transactions made between the artists and buyers. All terms must be communicated and understood by both parties before purchase. All transactions are final once payment has been made and material has been sent. |
